Planned maintenance and downtimes
Behind the scenes we are working hard on improving BL3P as one of most
stable and responsive bitcoin exchanges in the European market. Bitonic
is employing its expertise to keep meeting high technical standards. One
of the upcoming improvements is upgrading our infrastructure.
On the 16th & 17th of March 2020 BL3P will experience downtime and may be temporarily unreachable.
BL3P will be migrated to a new hardware platform. The new servers will
allow us to scale both in terms of speed and stability. Our backend will
still be hosted and managed completely in-house by us, located with a
reliable partner in the Netherlands.
This is a time-consuming process hence the two days of potential inaccessibility. During this period trading will not
be available, open orders will not be processed and creating or
cancelling orders is not possible. Processing open orders will resume as
soon as the upgrade has been completed.
